According to professional oppinions at Monday's board meeting the RASD building is dying and in need of a multi million dollar renovation or addition. Bad Ventilation, Asbestos the list goes on....No comment from RASD officials

Resignations are flying in Rochester Borough...Councilwoman Paxson dont want her Norman Rockwell life ruined and Denise Scriva head of the boroughs activities committee and sole member resigned from lack of cooperation from Council President Dave Smith.
Paxon said they have done good work, I wonder where that good work has taken place.
Can anybody tell us anything good this council has done in the past 5 years?

School is delayed a week due to mold in the elementary school.
The money saving stunt the super and building & ground director tried
cant justify the $75000 bill we are getting.
Incompetence at it's best.
I was always told for every action there is a consequence!

I was looking at the schools website, which by the way coming soon NEW website as it has said for months now.
At the bottom left of the page you see a link to skuteczni.pl...this is company in Poland.
With the big money the school is spending on Questeq you would think they could BUY a template from a US company.
The site is not appealing at all!

So it appears the cost cutting savings that the Super and Maint Director didnt work. The employees may have been sweating and roasting with the high temperatures but with humidity comes MOLD. Yes the Beaver County Times has reported there is a mold outbreak in the elementary section of the school…Good going CAW !!
What is Rochester's debt now, it has grown substantially

It would be wise for tax payers to find out what this town's debt is now, it is guaranteed to be substanially larger. Now with Pittsburgh Logistics gone and no new businesses on the horizon it will continue to grow

The reason PLS left Rochester was the lack of parking and nobody from Rochester council could convince First City to give a few spots to them. So Mayor why couldn't you keep a long time business in this town? It just seems to keep getting better week after week. How many businesses has this council brought into Rochester?
