meetings for the calendar year 2009 at 7:00 p.m. on the following dates:

A Board Retreat (closed informational meeting with no deliberation)
will be held in July.
The reorganization
meeting will be conducted on December 7, 2009, at 7:00 p.m.
prior to the regular meeting. The regular meeting will
convene immediately upon adjournment of the Reorganization Meeting.
The Board will meet as a committee of the whole for deliberation and
discussion at 7:00 p.m. on the following dates:

All meetings are open to the public and
deliberation and official
action may be taken at any meeting, except the Board Retreat.
